Step 1: Ensure Your Design Meets Our Guidelines

Please ensure your design meets the following criteria:

• Clearly readable lettering.
• Specific dimensions: maximum width of 10cm.

Step 2: Complete Payment

• Proceed to checkout and finalise payment.
• After successful payment, you'll receive an order confirmation with your unique order number.

Step 3: Submit Your Design

Using your order number and the email address used at checkout, send us an email to hello@uncomfy.co.nz with:

• Subject line: Your order number.
• Your design attached as a clear photo/image.
• Or a detailed description of what you'd like created.
  

After receiving your design submission, we'll reply with 2-3 design options for you to review and choose from.

Step 4: Production and Shipping

• Your custom t-shirt will be produced and shipped within 2-4 weeks.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Unisex relaxed fit. Women, stick to your usual size for the perfect oversized look.

Inside out, cold wash with mild detergent and dry in shade. No bleach, no dryer, no iron.

• New Zealand: Free standard shipping. Orders arrive in 3 - 5 business days after dispatch.
